Job Description:

Supervise and manage the overall State Branch Office  Statistical services: prepare Branch Office annual operation plan based on the National Operation Work plan; identify issues/problems facing field and office data collections and recommends change in the existing system, statistical laws and other appropriate laws of the state; assist develop/establish state organizational activities for the Branch Office statistical services and allocate appropriate staff to carry out the activities of each function; organize and monitor schedule of activities the branch office and prepares evaluation reports; organize and supervises compilation of statistical publications at the State Branch Office. 

Qualification Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related fields plus three (3) years of work experience.

Job Description:

Supervise and manage the overall state Branch Office statistical services; Execute, implement, monitor and evaluate program of work at the state level; Responsible for the formulation and recommendation of state statistical policy; Assist in identifying and organizing appropriate training program of different statistical fields for staff upgrading and development; Reviews and provides recommendations to national statistics laws and other related states laws; Assists in the development of annual work program of national and regional statistics offices; Prepares periodical reports to national office on status, problems and recommendations; Responsible for initiation of operational and project budgets proposals; Performs other duties as assigned. 

 Qualification Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited College or University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration  or related field plus three (3) years of experience in statistics or equivalent.
